Energy Writing

During the last few weeks the whole class had to make an explanation writing on Energy. We had to have it finished and re-crafted on Wednesday and if we really need it on Thursday. I picked for my 3 topics Movement, Food and Transportation. We had to plan before we did our real writing. Our plan Layout was PEEL stands for Point, Evidence, Explanation and Link.

Why Energy Important In Everyday life

Without Energy we won’t be able to do anything. Energy powers the universe. Energy is a power source to life. Movement energy is in our everyday life. Transportation energy is what we use in our everyday life and Food and Drink is something we need.

Movement is important in our everyday life. The average adult has as much energy stored in fat as a one-ton battery. If you don’t have the energy you won’t be able to move. The human body was designed to be active and on the move all day long.  If you stop moving for an extended amount  of time is like telling your body it's time to shut down and prepare for death. Movement and Food is an important key in  our everyday life.

Energy comes from food and drink. How much energy you need is dependent on your gender, age, weight, and how active you are.  Men have to have roughly about 13 cups of total beverages a day. For women is about 9 cups of total beverages a day. The Protein, which is found in meat, milk products, beans and fish, builds muscles and repairs damage. Fats in milk products, meat and fish help your body build healthy nerves and fight off disease. We need food in our lives, but we also need transportation.

We use transportation in many modes the website: All We Need To Know says we use 58% of our lives using cars, light trucks and motorcycles in 2013, followed other trucks 23% aircraft 8%, boats and ships 4%, trains and buses 3%. Pipelines account for 4%. Transportation is important  if we don't have transportation we will be walking  all our lives.  People board public transportation 35 million times each weekday.

In Conclusion, Energy is our life. If we didn't move we are telling ourselves shut down and prepare for death if we didn't have food and water we would starve and if we didn’t have transport we would be walking all our lives.
